The chosen ones must fit exactly your needs in terms of website & SEO optimization, so it should meet some simple requests (beside being free downloads, of course): You should search in the web design comunity for reviews to help you choosing. Of course, only by using yourself the chosen freeware will reveal it's strong and week points. Testing is a good way to find what suits you better, eventhough it takes some time. Talking about web design and the graphics on your web page - you should at least have a logo and a header (… and maybe a small animated GIF file). Keep always in mind that in most cases the size of the graphic elements determines the size of your web pages, so try to use and not abuse of graphic elements.
